Downtime varies by treatment. Some treatments have little to no downtime, while others may involve temporary redness, swelling or sensitivity and may require an aftercare plan, which will be discussed and shared with you. Some results can be seen sooner, whereas others develop gradually as the skin responds over time and through natural skin renewal cycles. Erica will explain what’s typical for your chosen treatment and your skin.

Laser machines vary, but if this is your first laser treatment with Thameside Aesthetics, a patch test is often required to confirm suitability. This will be discussed during your consultation, along with how many treatments you may need as part of a course.
